Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the land development sector
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, and industry partners
- Lead proposal development and participate in client presentations
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client expectations are met
Qualifications
- Experience in business development within the land development or civil engineering industry
- Established relationships with developers, general contractors, or engineering firms
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Background in engineering, surveying, or related technical field a plus
