Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects through permitting and construction
- Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs
- Coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
- Support entitlement and development approval processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Qualifications
- Experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development
- Background in residential or commercial land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with local permitting and infrastructure design standards
- EIT or PE credentials preferred
