Role Overview
Join a growing engineering team focused on land development, site design, grading, drainage, and utility design. Civil 3D experience and EIT or PE credentials are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support land development projects from concept through construction documents
- Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs
- Manage entitlement processes including rezoning, subdivision, and site plan approvals
- Coordinate with municipalities and review agencies throughout the approval process
- Respond to agency review comments and RFIs during construction administration
Qualifications
- Experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
- EIT or PE credentials preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience navigating entitlement and municipal review processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
