Role Overview
Lead field crews on large commercial and industrial projects, including distribution centers, warehouses, and cold storage facilities. Travel throughout the South and Southeast is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical field crews on large commercial and industrial projects
- Coordinate daily work activities, material staging, and crew scheduling
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
- Communicate with project management on progress, issues, and material needs
- Maintain a safe and productive jobsite environment
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Experience leading field crews on large commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Familiarity with distribution centers, warehouses, or cold storage construction
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the South and Southeast
- Strong leadership and communication skills
