Role Overview
Lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, clients, and field teams. Experience with distribution centers, warehouses, or similar large-scale projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and industrial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and change orders
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with field superintendents and crews to drive project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical project management experience
- Experience with large commercial or industrial projects — distribution centers, warehouses, or similar preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and construction workflows
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
