Role Overview
Seeking a Land Surveyor to support boundary, topographic, construction staking, and as-built surveys for land development projects. Licensure or a clear path toward licensure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, and as-built surveys
- Review and interpret deeds, plats, and legal descriptions
- Prepare survey plats, legal descriptions, and related documentation
- Supervise and direct field survey crews
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and clients throughout project delivery
Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or clear path toward licensure preferred
- Experience in land surveying for land development projects
- Proficiency in survey software and AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys
- Strong knowledge of applicable surveying standards and regulations
